Free standard shipping on orders over $59
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Express Delivery Available Products: Snacks, food essentials, beauty & household items, fresh & frozen products, kitchen and bakery items are available.
Delivery Areas: Buffalo area, within 3 miles of our store.
Delivery Time: Same-day delivery if ordered by 5 PM, first-come, first-served.
Delivery Charges: Delivery fee: $8 (for orders within 50 lbs)

Overweight surcharge: $0.5/lb for orders over 50 lbs

Someone must be present to receive the order. No redelivery. A 20% restocking fee applies for missed deliveries.
Ensure your address is correct. For condos/apartments, pickup may be in the lobby. Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen reasons.
Pickup
Available Products: All categories are available. Pickup Location: 3368a Sheridan Dr, Buffalo, NY 14226.
Pickup Time: Ready as early as 1 hour after ordering or same-day. Order cut-off is 8 PM.
Returns and Refunds (Makoto Online)
Returns: Start return in “My Order” within 30 days. Not available for perishable or hygiene items unless there's a quality issue.
Refunds: Refunds processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping stamps and proportional delivery fees may be refunded for out-of-stock items.
How to Return a Product:
Return in person or by mail (shipping labels available). Shipping costs depend on the reason for return.
Eligible Products:
Quality issues or recall. Returns due to personal reasons. Non-Eligible for Return:
Items without original packaging, live seafood, gift cards, tobacco, and clearance items.
In-Store Returns and Refunds
With Receipt: Return or exchange within 30 days.
Without Receipt: Exchange only, may require photo ID. Exceptions: No returns for live seafood, gift cards, tobacco, etc.
