You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Product Introduction|After washing your face, use this product while your skin is still wet. (Be careful not to directly wet the package with water, and do not touch the package with wet hands.) Remove the mask from the film, stick it on the area where the pores are blocked, and gently press to remove air to ensure that the mask fits tightly with the skin. Wait 10 to 15 minutes for it to dry naturally. (Even if the mask is completely dry, the packaging material will not harden. Please avoid drying for too long.) Starting from the edge of the mask, slowly and carefully peel back toward the center. (If the residue of the mask remains on the skin after tearing it off, gently wipe it with a moist cotton ball.)

Available Products: All categories are available. Pickup Location: 3368a Sheridan Dr, Buffalo, NY 14226.
Pickup Time: Ready as early as 1 hour after ordering or same-day. Order cut-off is 8 PM.
Returns and Refunds (Makoto Online)
Returns: Start return in “My Order” within 30 days. Not available for perishable or hygiene items unless there's a quality issue.
Refunds: Refunds processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping stamps and proportional delivery fees may be refunded for out-of-stock items.
How to Return a Product:
Return in person or by mail (shipping labels available). Shipping costs depend on the reason for return.

Quality issues or recall. Returns due to personal reasons. Non-Eligible for Return:
