You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

How To Use
Shake well before application. Apply an appropriate amount onto hands or on cotton pad and place it on eye for 10 seconds. Then gently massage it to remove the remaining makeup. Wash with lukewarm water afterwards. *This can be use to remove makeup on entire face. Precautions If the following symptoms arise upon use of the cosmetic product, immediately discontinue use and consult a dermatologist, for continued use may aggravate the symptoms. A. Redness, swelling, itchiness, stimulation, or other symptoms or B. Occurrence of the above symptoms upon exposure to direct sunlight. Do not use on areas with wounds, eczema, or dermatitis. Avoid the eye area.

Pickup Time: Ready as early as 1 hour after ordering or same-day. Order cut-off is 8 PM.
Returns and Refunds (Makoto Online)
Returns: Start return in “My Order” within 30 days. Not available for perishable or hygiene items unless there's a quality issue.
Refunds: Refunds processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping stamps and proportional delivery fees may be refunded for out-of-stock items.
How to Return a Product:
Return in person or by mail (shipping labels available). Shipping costs depend on the reason for return.
