Please consume after thawing in the refrigerator. (Thawing takes about 6 to 8 hours.) Please note that the quality may change if you refreeze the product after thawing. After thawing, store in the refrigerator (below 10°C) and consume within 10 days.

Returns and Refunds (Makoto Online)
Returns: Start return in “My Order” within 30 days. Not available for perishable or hygiene items unless there's a quality issue.
Refunds: Refunds processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping stamps and proportional delivery fees may be refunded for out-of-stock items.
