You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

There's a lot to like about Kewpie Mayonnaise from Japan. Lots of people prefer it over American mayonnaise for its distinctive flavor. It goes great on salads, sandwiches, seafood, and plenty more. Its memorable taste comes from seasoning with rice wine vinegar and MSG, which provides a rich umami flavor, and the fact that it's made from egg yolks instead of whole eggs.
Spicy Mayo Recipe:
Mix Kewpie Mayo, Sriracha, and Low Sodium Soy Sauce to taste. For more flavor and texture, add a minced shallot. Pairs well with sushi, poke bowls, or as salad dressing.
Takoyaki Dipping Sauce:
Mix 3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp mentsuyu, 3/4 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp ketchup in a bowl to make a delicious Takoyaki Sauce. Add Kewpie Mayo in a second bowl and enjoy the authentic flavors of takoyaki.

Pickup Time: Ready as early as 1 hour after ordering or same-day. Order cut-off is 8 PM.
Returns and Refunds (Makoto Online)
Returns: Start return in “My Order” within 30 days. Not available for perishable or hygiene items unless there's a quality issue.
Refunds: Refunds processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping stamps and proportional delivery fees may be refunded for out-of-stock items.
How to Return a Product:
Return in person or by mail (shipping labels available). Shipping costs depend on the reason for return.
