You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

SUNSTAR ORA2 Stain Removal Teeth Cleaning Toothpaste (Peach Mint Flavor) is a special care item which helps remove stains caused by tea, coffee, and red wine. Retain your teeth to its original brightening white color. The unique stain-depression formula helps restrain adhesion of stain on teeth. The natural peach mint flavor adds a refreshing feel in the mouth.

Adults use only. Please apply at least a 1-inch strip of product onto a soft-bristled toothbrush. Brush for 3 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Twice a day (morning and evening) or as recommended by a dentist. Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth. Do not swallow.

Available Products: All categories are available. Pickup Location: 3368a Sheridan Dr, Buffalo, NY 14226.
Pickup Time: Ready as early as 1 hour after ordering or same-day. Order cut-off is 8 PM.
Returns and Refunds (Makoto Online)
Returns: Start return in “My Order” within 30 days. Not available for perishable or hygiene items unless there's a quality issue.
Refunds: Refunds processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping stamps and proportional delivery fees may be refunded for out-of-stock items.
How to Return a Product:
Return in person or by mail (shipping labels available). Shipping costs depend on the reason for return.
